Today at 09:45 we registered a 15-minute electric power outage. According to sources from PRE, the electricity supplier, this was an unplanned outage in Vinohrady, Prague 4 and Prague 10, where for a short period 100 kV lines did not function. Public transport was also affected, including the subway.
“The unplanned failure of a substation caused suspension of electricity supplies, and we were forced to switch to back-up power in just a few seconds,” Jiří Dvořák, a Coolhousing Sales Specialist, said regarding the situation.
The outage lasted about 15 minutes, and Coolhousing customers did not notice any change compared to regular operation.
