After IPv6 was introduced by many important providers last year, this year, the date of June 6 became the symbolic day of the transfer from IPv4 to IPv6. This new communication protocol began its journey well and your servers will not fall behind because IPv6 is not a novice at Coolhousing. Our network fully supports IPv6.
We would like to introduce intelligent sockets
We have equipped our new data center with new socket panels Eaton EMAA11 which will allow us to reduce cost thanks to our ability to perform long-term measurements of the power consumption drawn by individual customer servers. Customers who will participate in this testing operation will get an exclusive 25% discount of their server housing.
New air conditioning unit
Due to the ever-increasing demand for Coolhousing data center services we had to install an additional air conditioning unit in order to be able to configure it in N +1 mode. As usual, we bet on semi-industrial Toshiba AC units - as these units guarantee quality, reliability and performance.
Aggregation ratio in connectivity
Hosting services providers like to hold back the unpopular parameters of their services. You will usually find information on aggregation or shared connection on the very last page of the general terms and conditions. A magnifying glass necessary. You will not encounter such policy in Coolhousing.
Kerio Operator for VPS
New day, new feature for our VPS available and as our clients want, for virtual servers is available new operation system for installation - is it Kerio Operator for VOIP comunication. Kerio Operator is a small business phone system. Installation media is again ready in VPS admin.
New Ubuntu 12.04 LTS for VPS
From this day is for our clients available new Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. In VPS admin is ready installation image for Ubuntu Server 12.04 i386 and Ubuntu Server 12.04 x86_64. Simply, when you want reinstall your server to Ubuntu 12.04, you can do it. At the moment we have 10 variants of Ubuntu server - 32bit and 64bit systems for all 5 types of Ubuntu Servers.
Virtualization node update
In order to continue providing high quality virtual server, that you rightly expect from us, we decided to update our virtualization node. This will result in increased computing performance, stability and above all safety.
