As many customers could find out, we started recording phone calls at our main contact telephone lines +420 777 310 000 for technical support and +420 775 310 970 for sales. We decided to do it as part of our continuous efforts to improve the quality of our services.
Calls can be recorded thanks to a newly installed telephone exchange which brings numerous advantages to you, our customers.
- Call recordings significantly help us document the authorizations of authorized persons.
- If a call is not answered within 30 seconds, it is escalated to other phone numbers of prepared administrators.
- Outside working hours of the Sales Department, calls are automatically redirected to hot-line; your call will always be answered.
- It is possible to redirect a calling caller to a competent person at any time, even if the person is outside the data center.
- If, in spite of all the measures as stated above, you cannot get though, we will be informed about the fact into the ticketing system by email to call you back immediately.
During your call, you will be guided by the voice of our marketing assistant Lucie, who voiced the recordings of our telephone exchange. If you call us from area codes +420 or +421, all communication will be in Czech. If calls are made from other area codes, the communication will be automatically switched into English.
