General Information
- The use of a payment gateway is not subject to a transaction fee (except the PayPal method)
- A payment method PayPal requires a hand processing and verification, therefore this payment method includes an administration fee for the use of the payment gateway. The administration fee is calculated from the transaction amount by gateway itself. The PayPal transaction fee billing from the accounting point of view is made on the tax document. If you do not want to pay the transaction fee, you can pay for the service by a bank transfer directly into company account or select another method of the payment gate. The payment details are available in the invoice including the QR code (the corresponding QR payment standard).

To allow payment, please input your variable symbol, payment amount, currency and confirm all by the button Load Payment. If everything is correctly input, the remaining invoice details will be automatically loaded.
After loading the remaining details please select the payment method. Then the payment can be executed. The payment will proceed on the side of GoPay, the payment gate operator.
Only unpaid invoice may be paid. If the invoice has already been settled, the template will not load, even when the correct combination of the variable symbol, payment amount and currency has been input, and you will not be allowed to continue.
This restriction practically disallows paying the same invoice twice.
Bank transfer into Coolhousing’s account
Transfer of financial amount from one account to another is one of the most common payment methods to pay for a service. You can make this payment by submitting the respective form at a counter in your bank branch, or by a payment order through Homebanking or Internetbanking service.
All details for the bank transfer are available in your deposit invoice, where you can find among others also QR code, thanks to which you do not need to complete the payment order tediously.
Before you send the payment order from your internet banking system, please pay attention to the completed data, such as:
