The warranty applies to all provided services paid for at least 12 months in advance. The customer becomes entitled to a refund in a proportional amount as soon as any provable outages have occurred repeatedly, which were caused by us, the provider.
14-day money-back guarantee
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all services. Only services set up based on the customer’s special requirements, such as a dedicated custom configured server or reserved connectivity above 100 Mbps, are an exception. During the first 14 days, you can try the services, and if you find that they do not suite you for any reason, we will refund your money in full.
Ability to withdraw from contract within 60 days
