Identity of visitors of the data center is ascertained by always present operators, power supply is backed-up two-fold, and any fire would be detected by a sophisticated detection system. However, if any disaster strikes despite all that, your equipment is protected by our insurance.
Coolhousing is insured against natural disasters such as fire, explosion, lightning strike, vehicle collision, fall of airplanes, poles, or other items, and also against snow weight and precipitation entering the building. If you have been looking for flood on the above list, you can sigh of relief: Our data center is for certain outside of any flood area.
All the equipment in our facility is protected with insurance against all kinds of disasters, including the liability insurance, provided by Allianz.
