Today, 1 October 2013, the new General Commercial Terms take effect. The new General Commercial terms are focused on simplicity. The hitherto wording was too complicated, and therefore we simplified them following consultation with experts.
We also added a few points, which adjust the relationship between the customer and the provider and are intended to contribute to greater transparency of the contractual relationship. This means in practice that Coolhousing accepts greater responsibility for provided services. Last, but not least, provisions were added regarding deployment of intelligent outlets and measuring of real output in practice.
Something very important is this change for non Czech-speaking customers: The English version of the General Commercial Terms shall remain only for orientation. Thank you for understanding.
The current wording of the General Commercial Terms can be found here.
