The beginning of February brings positive news from our data center – price reductions. Explore the latest updates that can help you save a significant amount by switching to us and take advantage of the potential offered by tower and the new NAS colocation.

We updated colocation services for this year. The prices were decreased in most cases compared to last year. For tower servers, which we provide as one of the few data center in the Czech Republic, the price drop is even more significant. We also outlined their advantages over rack servers below. Additionally, we would like to introduce you a new type of colocation, aimed to miniPCs, NAS servers, and NUCs. Let’s take a closer look at these updates together.

Rackhousing and € 0,23 for kWh

We have successfully negotiated a very favorable electricity rate for this year within a rental of rack cabinet. Now, for every 1 kWh consumed in your rack equipped with a separate electric meter, you will pay € 0,23 (excluding VAT). This is the final price, including PUE.

Did you know, that you can utilize the rack cabinet space exactly according to your needs? For example, you can install multiple tower cases with power consumption exceeding 500W?

Big support for tower servers

While many data centers in the Czech Republic and abroad are shifting away from tower colocation due to space efficiency concerns, increased administrative demands, and efforts to standardize services, we’re going against this trend. As one of the few data centers, we have no plans to limit this service. In fact, we are expanding it.

In today’s world, with the rise of AI and HPC servers emphasizing cooling efficiency and performance per square meter, tower cases offer a compelling alternative. Compared to rack servers, they bring several advantages in terms of performance, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.

Advantages of Tower Servers Over 1U Rack Servers

• Lower average power consumption – up to 20W less with the same configuration
• Superior cooling capabilities, allowing to install more powerful hardware
• More internal space, enabling to add more components
• Easy maintenance and upgrades thanks to a spacious case and accessible components
• Lower acquisition costs — no need to purchase rails or additional rack accessories

Acknowledging these advantages of tower server, we have implemented a substantial price reduction for basic miniTower colocation with 50W power consumption, nearly 10% off, dropping from € 31,7 CZK to € 27,9 (excl. VAT) per month with a 12-month payment plan.

If you’re looking for the space for two or more tower servers, we have more good news for you. Not only our infrastructure is ready for larger tower farms, but also all tower farm colocation options are now more affordable compared to last year. For example: When you order 2 standard midi tower servers with 150W power consumption, you’ll get a competitive price under € 80 (excl. VAT) with annual payment.

New colocation focused on Mini Servers

We mentioned that we have no plans to reduce our tower housing, quite the opposite, we have been expanding it. That is a reason, why would like to introduce you a new, affordable colocation solution tailored for small devices up to 8 dm³ with an average power consumption of up to 50W per month.

This colocation type is designed not only for mini and microservers like Odroid, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino, but also for NAS servers, NUC servers, small routers, miniPCs, and Mikrotik. In recent years, these devices have gained popularity thanks to their performance, efficiency, and compact size. We see great potential in them, because they can reliably replace larger servers while demanding less energy and space.

Mini Servers Advantages

• Low energy consumption – up to 50W per month
• Sufficient performance and capacity for web hosting, email hosting, or database
• Simple administration – often with an intuitive graphical interface
• Lower acquisition and operational costs – reduced space and maintenance requirements

The new NAS/NUC/miniServer type offers all the benefits of traditional colocation, but it is optimized for smaller devices with lower power consumption. This means clients only pay for what they truly use and consume. Pricing starts at € 21,63 per month (including 50W of power consumption), and you can place your order right away through our order form.
